Support .pdf in ImageMagick

I usually use the command identify of imagemagick to check the images in a .pdf, especially the color space (because before VGTC conferences/journals asked for images in CMYK format).

To check whether the installed ImageMagick supports .pdf, we can type the following commands to see whether pdf is included:

convert -list configure

PS. This command might not always work.

To support .pdf, we need to install ghostscript before ImageMagick. For version 6.8.6 Q16 (32-bit), I installed ghostscript 9.05.
